Break up with Social Media

It summer time in the city which means family vacation, afternoon chill time by pool, lakes, and streams so destress and reconnect to nature and yourself.

First: Spend time with friends and family, pursue hobbies, or explore new interests.

Second:Engage in activities that don't involve screens, such as reading, taking walks, or working on puzzles. Check out the local library.

Third: Be Accountable: I have an app called Insight Timer, and I love it. It is free and it gives me a quote every day, asks me what I am grateful for, has a check-in mood place so I can monitor when I need to go to the therapist, and much more. I am planning on adding my yoga and meditation services to this platform in the future.
