Please join us at the wellness studio for a gathering of peace and relaxing. We will talk, play cards, and destress from the week. Welcome to bring snacks and drinks, we will end with a 15 minute mediation. Those who like can stay for the yin floor yoga afterwards for $5.00. This is a safe place:)

About the event
Join us for a rejuvenating experience where you can unwind and release the stress of the day. Feel free to bring snacks and your preferred drinks to enjoy a game of UNO or another card game in the company of others. Following this, we will engage in a meditation session to prepare our minds for rest. If you wish, you can also participate in a yoga session afterwards.
